Etiquette Moms (along with parent company Moms on Edge) is owned by "mompreneur" Elena Neitlich, the proud mother of two small boys Noah and Seth, and daughter Willow. Her educational background includes a BFA in painting and print making and certificate in computer animation and multimedia. She learned white-glove service as a dining room Captain of a very prestigious four-star restaurant. She owned and operated a domestic placement agency specializing in training and placing butlers and house managers, and was Managing Director of a San Francisco-based children’s theater company. In addition to teaching protocol and etiquette to corporate clients and schools, she paints and draws, plays a lot of tennis, and is joyfully raising her children. Elena's husband Andrew holds the key to her heart and a Harvard MBA. He is a vital member of the business team, focusing on accounting and marketing.
